Copywriting
The Centers for Housing Opportunity work to produce and preserve affordable housing in Connecticut. I provided copywriting, stakeholder management, and web production to ensure their reports and marketing materials are compelling and consistent.
Regional Plan Association is a 100-year old urban planning non-profit. I helped refresh and renew all their digital communications - from a website redesign to social media management - to help the organization reach broader and more diverse audiences.
The Rust Music is an independent electronic music label, blog, production company, and artist management agency. Providing a consistent stream of blog articles, product descriptions, and social media posts, I helped the organization grow its online community and define its voice.
The Gradient Perspective is an independent record label, talent agency, and music collective operating nationally. I provided track narratives, social media posts, email marketing, and artist biographies to promote their music and artists.

“Our systems are working as designed and can always use additional resources and do very much need that, but really what we're also seeing is just the sheer lack of homes,” Mark McNulty, with the Housing Collective, said.
McNulty warns that dependable plans are even more imperative as the threat from floodwater is changing. “With stormwater flooding, which we are going to see more and more…it’s a little bit harder to predict which subway stations will be impacted.”
“In regard to Hurricane Ida, the majority of the people impacted were immigrants and New Yorkers of color. That is why we need to view extreme weather as a health equity issue, because we need to prioritize resources for these communities as we try to make New York City and the tri-state more resilient.”
Housing costs in Connecticut have increased, according to Mark McNulty, spokesperson for the Regional Plan Association, because there is no available housing stock. “Connecticut has not built enough housing to keep up with demand, particularly not enough rental housing. As a result, costs have gone up.”
Lauren Tsuboyama and Mark McNulty of Regional Plan Association were tasked with recording temperatures at the city's ten most popular subway stations on Friday.
